Foreman Trainees and Carpenters
Experienced
Carpenters and Leadmen, come join our Timber Bridge Construction Team!
In this position, you will travel the country year-round building superior
quality timber bridges.
YBC hires for
attitude and skill, constantly seeking those with an insatiable appetite
for knowledge and a tremendous desire to succeed.

To be successful
in our fast-paced Tampa, FL headquarters, the following skills are required
for all positions:
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word,
Outlook, etc.)
- Minimum 25 words per minute typing ability (certain
positions will have higher requirements)
- A minimum of an AA Degree is preferred

Inside Sales Representative:
We
are seeking
an experienced Inside Sales person comfortable networking and building
relationships with Builders, Contractors, Developers, Architects and
Engineers. This person solicits and services new and existing customers
to maintain and increase the company's customer base. Must be able to
get past the gatekeeper, break through to the decision maker to create
awareness of our high end timber vehicular bridges (commercial and residential).
Scope
of Position:
- 100%
Cold calling to construction industry professionals to source new
projects, locate and qualify new clients, and create and strengthen
relationships with existing client database – no closing
- Schedule
and complete follow up calls until project meets parameters for hand
off to Regional Manager
- Data
entry of all new clients and continual maintenance of clients in Goldmine
database
- Assist in
receiving incoming lead calls
Requirements:
- Demonstrated prospecting
experience a must
- Minimum
2 years in B to B sales, preferably in a construction environment
- Demonstrated
ability to meet or exceed goals and quotas
- Aggressive
and tenacious
- Aptitude
for technical selling in a construction environment
- Strong
relationship building skills
