What to Expect:
A visual inspection of the timber or wood bridge will be conducted by either a York Bridge Project Manager or a licensed engineer in your state. This inspection will include all elements of the bridge that are accessible. Upon completion of the inspection, you will receive an Inspection Report. If requested, York Bridge can also provide an estimate for any repairs needed.
We offer one-time bridge inspections as well as a 4 year inspection plan on all timber and wood bridge structures, whether they were built by York Bridge Concepts or not.
One-Time Inspections-
Depending on your inspection needs, either a York Bridge inspection professional or a licensed engineer will come to the site and inspect your bridge. Upon completion of inspection, you will be provided with a detailed report stating; the condition of your bridge, any immediate repairs needed and recommended longevity maintenance for your bridge. If repairs are needed, York Bridge will be happy to provide you with a quote for the repairs.
4 Year Inspection Plan-
This plan includes two inspections from our seasoned York Bridge Concepts staff and one inspection from a York Bridge Concepts licensed engineer. Upon completion of each inspection, you will be provided the same detailed report as explained above with the One-Time Inspections. If repairs are needed, York Bridge will be happy to provide you with a quote for the repairs.
