This role offers an opportunity to keep the workday interesting by having a part in various departments in our fast-paced office environment!  The main responsibility of this role is to offer administrative support to our construction team while also leading the talent acquisition process for field staff.

This dynamic position requires a personal aptitude in organization, prioritizing, and communications.

We are looking for someone eager to:
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and interact with all levels in corporate environment
  • Perform day-to-day clerical items such as mail, phones, filing, data entry, scheduling meetings etc. in a professional manner
  • Prepare and maintain records of pricing and submittals for projects as necessary
  • Be the driving force behind our recruitment efforts
  • Quickly assess personality, skills and fit for open positions
  • Be the point of contact for candidates in the recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding support
  • Strategize creative methods to hire and retain high-quality candidates
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting
  • Strategically identify and resolve problems in a timely manner with minimal supervision
  • Be flexible in their role and be willing to assist with additional projects when necessary
Qualifications:
  • 2 years of previous administration and/or recruitment experience in construction staffing or similar
  • Familiarity with recruiting using social media, resume databases and professional networks
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, to communicate effectively with candidates/clients
  • Proficiency in Office 365,
  • Typing speed above 45 WPM (test required)
  • Proactive, self-driven and motivated.
  • Organized with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to shift priorities with little notice – we are a fast-paced, highly-collaborative organization.
