To help bring the community vision to life, York Bridge Concepts partnered with Heritage Shores to design and construct a collection of custom timber structures that seamlessly integrate transportation, recreation, and placemaking throughout the development.
Through the Decero™ Design-Engineer-Build process, York Bridge Concepts delivered multiple timber crossings and waterfront amenities, including a vehicular bridge, golf cart bridges, and nearly 1,000 feet of boardwalk and promenade structures. Together, these elements create a cohesive network that enhances mobility, improves access to amenities, and reinforces the natural beauty of the community.
The result is a collection of timber structures that not only serve practical purposes but also contribute significantly to the character and identity of Heritage Shores.

York Bridge Concepts designed and constructed two custom golf cart bridges that provide safe and efficient crossings while enhancing the overall golfing experience.
The bridges create elegant pathways over the community's lakes while preserving uninterrupted play and scenic views.
