Designed and constructed through YBC's Decero™ Design-Engineer-Build process, the bridge spans a deep floodplain and delivers safe vehicular and pedestrian access while complementing the upscale aesthetic of the senior living community.

The structure extends approximately 40 feet above a deep floodplain, requiring specialized engineering and construction techniques to safely support both vehicular and pedestrian traffic.

The YBC Field Crew began by erecting the bridge's bent towers one pile at a time. Each pile was driven approximately 35 feet into the ground and secured with concrete to create a strong and durable foundation system.
This meticulous process established the structural framework needed to support the bridge's elevated superstructure.
Once the substructure was complete, construction progressed efficiently as the bridge components were assembled into a cohesive structure designed to withstand both environmental and vehicular demands.
