York Bridge Concepts partnered with Bulliard Construction Company and Berard, Habetz & Associates, Inc. to design and construct a custom timber pedestrian bridge for the world-famous TABASCO® Visitor Center on Avery Island, Louisiana. Located within one of the South's most iconic tourist destinations, the bridge was designed to enhance the visitor experience while complementing the natural beauty and cultural significance of the property.
Developed through York Bridge Concepts' Decero™ Design-Engineer-Build process, the pedestrian bridge provides a safe and attractive crossing that integrates seamlessly into the visitor center environment. The structure supports pedestrian circulation throughout the site while contributing to the overall aesthetic character that makes Avery Island a unique destination for travelers from around the world.
