We are looking for an energetic and driven Business Development Executive to network with our target audience via email, virtual and in person events. The Business Development Executive is responsible for outreach and consultative sales to a targeted audience for selling vehicular and pedestrian timber bridges.


  • Maintain existing business while bringing in new business daily.
  • Creating and implementing new sales campaigns within territory and as a team.
  • Public speaking and presenting on an ongoing basis.
  • Find qualified leads and nurture targeted accounts.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
  • Meet and exceed quota and goals on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Administrative reporting and tracking in HubSpot CRM and Microsoft Office.
  • Work trade shows, events and more by setting up and attending a booth.

Position Requirements

  • Experience in building relationships with clients.
  • Strong communication and follow up skills both verbal and written.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF, and knowledge of presentation programs, e.g. PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage deadlines, problem solving, and decision-making.
  • Strong relationship management, organization & follow-up skills.
  • Prior Construction Experience is preferred, but not required.


  • Bachelor’s degree in related area is preferred but not required
