Do you have an engineering mindset with a passion for people? If so, this may be exactly the position you are looking for! This is an opportunity to take civil & structural engineering knowledge and apply it to a bridge sales position for the potential to earn $140,000+ annually.

We are the premier design build timber bridge company operating across the united states. In the role of Bridge Consultant, you would consult with landscape architects, civil engineers, architects, and developers to provide solutions for their bridge crossing needs.

We’re seeking a confident and personable candidate who speaks the language of engineering and construction and has excellent problem-solving/analytical skills. With our robust sales database and an internal team dedicated to sales support, the ball is in your court to build your network and grow your earnings.

Responsibilities

  • Descope and interpret civil plans & drawings
  • Scope and propose appropriate bridge solutions
  • Calculate/ estimate costs through our pricing system
  • Produce client proposals and cost submittals
  • Work with our internal design team to move clients through the design process
  • Guide clients through the entire sales cycle (initial project discussion to contract signing)
  • Network/relationship build with potential future clients in HubSpot CRM
  • Maintain relationships with previous clients, keeping the door open for repeat business
  • Maintain your assigned HubSpot database

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or other related area is preferred but not required
