Position Overview

This is a GREAT mid senior level opportunity for those wanting to grow their careers in marketing. Must have previous marketing experience to be considered. We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and driven marketing professional to manage our B2B efforts making a direct impact on our bottom line. This role primarily focuses on lead generation and maintaining consistent brand image.

In this position you will plan and execute the B2B marketing strategy for a well established construction business generating 15M+ in sales. This role will manage  multiple facets of digital marketing including email marketing, marketing automation, website management, creative design, social media strategy, photo/ video editing, market research, and direct client relations.

Minimum requirements
  • Bachelors degree in business/marketing preferred
  • Prior experience in marketing department or agency
  • Ability to work well in a team setting
  • Analytical mindset
  • Ability to positively impact bottom line & take ownership on projects
  • Clear and effective writing skills
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
  • Ability to become well versed on our unique product and target market
job responsibilites
  • Take ownership and responsibility for company's marketing efforts, be able to develop and execute B2B marketing strategy
  • Manage & maintain website
  • Administrate HubSpot CRM - create workflows, maintain organized database
  • Create email marketing campaigns
  • SEO management
  • Social media management
  • Webinar promotion and execution
  • Client communications - take incoming phone calls, follow up with emails, etc.
  • Coordinate photography for new marketing content
  • Edit high quality photos and engaging drone videos
