Bridgehaven at Citrus Park Project Overview

Lennar came to YBC with a request to cross Rocky Creek to expand their acreage and increase connectivity throughout the new townhome community. YBC partnered with Lennar developers to answer questions and objections made by the county to bring their vision of a timber bridge a reality over the course of about 5 years. The Multiple Span bridge stretches across the creek extents and over the wetland flood plains cruising through the dense wooded area with style. A sophisticated and subtle palette of deep brown, soft tan, sandy off-white, and foggy blue dance along the rolling rails reflecting the aesthetics of the neighborhood. This double-lane roadway will service the community’s daily journey with a dash of uniqueness that only a timber bridge can provide.
